SFSP 2016

This app supports the USDA's Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). It contains two forms: The Daily Meal Count form and the Pre-operational check list form. The forms are based on the forms contained in the 2016 Administrative Guide. Your state may require a different form.The form has a place for a signature and upon completion, the form is compiled as a PDF file and can then be emailed. The Android device must be configured to use GMail.
This meal count form does not handle recycled milks or delivery times.
